Can the Horde chill it with their restricted airspace in Dalaran?

Everytime I clip the outside wall of the Horde enclave in Dalaran on the outside at Krasus' Landing - BOOP - geopolitical disaster and I'm knocked on my ass outside the front gate, stunned for 5 seconds. Every damn time.
