Raider.io is making finding a group finding feel like applying for a new job.

***EDIT: If anyone wants to help me out with groups please add me on BNET: Exodus#1467. I usually play after 6PM EST until around 10-11PM during the week. I have more time on the weekends.******EDIT 2: Thanks to all of the awesome people that have sent me links and BNET friend requests! People like you are the reason I keep playing this game!***I've played WoW for about 11 years now and I've always had trouble finding a regular guild to raid with.In Legion I did pretty good in NH, parsing in the top 2% of Rogues so I know when I'm given the chance I can perform well in Heroic raids. I was also not working then so it was easier to spend 2-3 hours trying out different pug groups until one of them down the bosses I needed.I use Raider.io because it's almost a requirement for most competent groups but the problem is, because I don't run content every single week I can't get my scores up, which in turn makes joining groups even more difficult. Sort of a snowball effect.I've noticed that since Raider.io has risen in popularity, I get declined/immediately kicked from groups more often.I work full time so when I get home I only have a few hours to play which half of that time is consumed by all of the weekly/daily things I need to do such as LFR, TW, Emissaries, etc. When I queue for anything over +3 I rarely get invited. I have a bit more success when I queue as heals but I don't have enough time to fully dedicate to more than 1 character.I could be wrong but I feel like this is due to Raider.io becoming like a new form of gatekeeping.I'm not a argumentative person and I know the mechanics to all the fights, not to brag but in most situations with people with similar ilvls I will usually top dps or at least be in the top 5 so I know I can perform. I just need the chance.Could anyone give me tips on how to get into higher level content more consistently? Please don't assault me with arrogant comments, I'm genuinely looking for help and this is my perspective as a mostly solo queue player.EDIT: Ignore the typo in the headline lol
