There needs to be a guild-finder rework

Before you complain because you are on a high-pop god server please read and see that all of us are on a dead server since we came back. The forums and trade chat are completely dead. After coming back to the game it's become evident how utterly atrocious the guild-finder in the game is. It is virtually impossible to find a guild outside of external tools like wowprogress. On top of that the official forums are even more useless than they were back in wotlk days. The guild finder in game is 100% useless, most guilds haven't updated their recruitment or whatever since MoP. So you still have to treat finding a guild like a job. It's, frankly, ridiculous to still have people do that in 2016. I never really noticed how bad it was (since I guess I was used to it from back in the day) until today when two people that came back for Legion told me they might quit again simply because of how outrageously difficult it is for them to find a guild (especially since they quit in cata their server is now completely dead so they need to find something off-server).They told me they've never felt more isolated in an MMO (they never played WoD) because they have been trying to find a guild since legion launched and still can't find one (I'm in the same boat, but I'm not as frustrated as they are). It wasn't too bad until this week when the raids and mythic+ came out and it became clear just how much they are missing out on and falling behind because of the archaic system. There needs to be a rework for the ingame tools or even just better external tools because clicking on hundreds of guilds and browsing for literally dozens of hours to find a suitable one is pretty ridiculous. I think there will be some people disagree who think there needs to be that level of effort to find something but it seems like in a game that relies on social interaction they would want to make it as easy as possible to get people together and make friends (which is impossible out in the world, people don't talk in pugs).
