Why are people so toxic and hostile for no reason in this game? You get insulted for no reason at all

I'm new to the game, just bought Shadowlands last week. I joined a friend on "the number 1 horde server" Illidan. Seemed like a great place, big community and all... I quickly realized that people harass you and insult you over the smallest things. sometimes, over nothing at all. Example below:​https://ift.tt/3hwujwZ just asked if you can get renown in PVP, and some guy starts cussing me out for no reason at all. Happens in public channels pretty much daily, to just about anyone. Just curious why it's like this, or why it's ok to be like this?Edit: I've also noticed it in PvP, too. I was in a brawl with most points gained for turning in the veggies to the food pot, and got kicked out because I wouldn't stop capturing. They wanted to farm kills endlessly and honor, which I didn't see in chat until after I got booted. Very weird to kick someone for playing the objective
