Can we get some clarification why Nazjatars quest and rare system Is so bad?

It shouldn’t take me 2 hours to get 10 starfish due to all the phasing and only one person can loot it.Plus having to kill 3 rares that are on hour or more timers can fuck you over, oh camping a rare and your 45mins in? Get phased and get fucked lol.Like seriously it shouldn’t take me most of my free time (3-4 hours for me) to do a single set of dailies.
