Can we have flying while dead in old zones, after we have unlocked it?

I am leveling my druid at the moment, and when i die i have to run to my corpse. This is still the case in pandaria, and it just feels stupid as i unlocked full flying over 20 levels ago.You can fly when dead in newer zones, so can we please apply it to older zones?
