NA: Hold off on building the Nether Disruptor!

If we hold off on building the Nether Disruptor 15 more % over the next 24 hours (until after 11AM EST Saturday), we will get 2 chances at world boss base 890 loot due to the Tuesday resets (This is based off the possibility that the Broken Shore world bosses are tied to Weekly Resets). I know it's a long shot, but it would be cool to see a whole region come together and make this happen!Edit: I have a previous post that is very similar (http://ift.tt/2nmsqc0)I posted this to be a more to a Call to Arms for the NA region!
