/who has been broken for months

/who has been broken for MONTHS, ever since the Shadowlands release. /who GuildName does not include all the players in the guild that are online and /who PlayerName sometimes returns the result "0 players total" even if I'm standing next to the player and they're obviously online. Please fix this.
