Helpful tip: if you're standing right next to the Sanctum Upgrades NPC (i.e. Haephus for Kyrians), you can right click the anima items in your bags to automatically open the upgrades window instead of having to choose the dialogue option with the npc.

This might be a lazy tip, but I would rather right click the item in my bag than choosing a dialogue option. Saves a click every time.
