PvP Rant - Blizzard, what is the point of doing a role check for a random BG que when you are just going to give the other team 3 healers, and my team 1?

I am tired of being on a team with 3 tanks, zero healers, that's facing a team with 3 healers. It is impossible to win with those comps when yours is so shitty!
