The current reputation buff for Legion and BfA content is a great time to prep your alts for unlocking the Balance of Power Artifact Appearances.

If you're like me and you already have every Pathfinder and Allied Race unlocked, you're probably not too excited about the current 100% reputation gain buff for Legion and BfA content. If you're still like me, that also probably means you don't have every Artifact Appearance unlocked, especially the one you get for completing the Balance of Power questline.There are many, many objectives that one must complete to unlock the appearances, but the ones tied to reputation are as follows:Honored with Court of FarondisRevered with The NightfallenRevered with The ValarjarThe quest chain is lengthy and tedious, involving completing every original Legion dungeon on Mythic difficulty (except Violet Hold), completing certain stages in zone questlines, and running the Emerald Nightmare and Nighthold raids on at least Normal difficulty over a minimum of three weeks. Heck, to even begin the quest line you must first complete your class' Order Hall Campaign.So, at the very least, I recommend doing World Quests to raise reputation with the above factions to get the most annoying and time consuming part of the questline done and over with ahead of time. You probably don't want to put your nose to the grindstone and go for every appearance on all your characters right now, but getting the reputation part done has never been easier.You can preview what each specialization's artifact looks like for the Balance of Power appearances with this tool on Wowhead. Balance of Power is the third appearance row down on each one.In fact, you may even want to consider taking it one step further and reach Exalted with the Nightfallen to help unlock the entire class armor set from your Order Hall.
