Legion PSA: 740 ilvl weapons become available for purchase in your class hall for each of your specs...

You just need to finish your first artifact quest line.I haven't seen this mentioned before, but just wanted to let folks know that once you complete the quest for your first artifact, the class hall quartermaster will have green ilvl 740 weapons for sale for your other specs.You can get your Second and Third artifacts at level 102, but if you want to mess around with other specs before then you can purchase these green weapons from the quartermaster.Also, they seem to have unique skins, so they are good additions for your wardrobe anyway.
