Showerthought: For most dps classes without a legendary, getting one will result in a "Nooooo!" 75% of the time, a "Yessss!" 20% of the time, and a "Meh." 5% of the time.

It's kind of weird that when a guildie gets a legendary in guild chat, the proper thing is to no longer say "Congrats!" but rather something like "Is that a good one?", which will lead to disappointment the majority of the time.This is assuming the distribution is uniform across all 10 possible legendaries.
