Don't take this the wrong way, but is there a disabled guild in the UK

I'll explain; following a thread on r/multiplesclerosis I was wondering if there is a guild that caters for disabled people. Those that don't have the ability to raid at a high level, that won't get upset if, when running dungeons, someone messes up, that understands the limitations some people have, that encourages a sense of inclusion.I myself now have MS and have given up WoW just because I was finding it difficult to use my left hand, where all my keybinds are. The MS always affects my cognition so sometimes I just forget what I'm doing. This annoyed some in my guild and I was no longer comfortable raiding or pugging anything, even dungeons.If not do you think there is a call for one?
