Suramar shoud be a 100-110 leveling zone

Suramar has one of the longest and most well designed questlines in the entire game, it would be a waste to have it be useless after BFA drops. As a leveling zone people who didn't play during legion could experience it at an appropriate level, and it would give more variety to the 100-110 bracket.
