With all the complaints recently on how leveling is too hard and takes too long, I present you: Leveling with PetBattles [Full Guide]
Hello /r/wow ,As everyone should have realized by now leveling sucks pretty hard and is extensively long, even with full BoA-Gear.Dungeons can be pretty hard depending on your group and whether or not your tank read the patchnotes before pulling three packs, dying within 3 seconds and blaming the healer before ragequitting causing you have to wait for 30 minutes in queue again.But take heart, young ones, for I have the path to salvation:PetBattles.PetBattles against level 25 pets give a substantial amount of EXP, ranging from 20% at lower levels to 5% at higher levels.Now, how do we do this effectively, to the degree of 3-4 levels per hour?~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~What you will needOne of the following pets at level 25 and rare quality (breed doesn't matter all that much):- Long-eared owl- Fledgling Kingfeather- Crackers- Junglebeak- Axebeak Hatchling- Any other pet with the Nocturnal Strike ability and a way to get it to hit (for example Rain Dance or Call Darkness ).A friendly mage that will open a portal to the Vale of Eternal BlossomsOptional: An addon called Rematch~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~How you will get itIf you never bothered with battlepets, here is a short way to get one to 25:In your level 3 garrison in Draenor is a quest for the Alliance / for the Horde that will reward you with an Ultimate Battle-Training StoneMost of the pets I listed above can be found in Gorgrond in WoD or in Broken Isles Zones~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~What you will doGo to Mistfall Village to the very south of the Vale. There is a spirithealer directly in the village, so if you die on your way there for any reason, just walk there as a ghost and rezz yourself there.Behind the Inn in the village, at (35|75) spawn multiple Eternal Striders which are wild level 24/25 aquatic pets. Defeat those over and over to claim your EXP. There will be a short downtime in between spawns which you can fill with pets in the surrounding area once you can fly (which is level 60)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Why you should do itDoing the same over and over again for hours on end may sound boring, but so does doing Borean Tundra for the 11th time. Doing this is by far and large the fastest way to level, especially if you play a pure-damage-class like Rogue, Warlock or Mage as your queuetimes for random dungeons are extremely long.
