Island Expeditions reward system is really bad. It shoud be a mix of the old and new one.


The system right now is not fun. It feels like a Telltale game. What you do in the island is completely irrelavent, the outcome is decided the moment you step on the island. So why not mash both the old and new system together?The Old System: Kill rare mobs and depending their type ( Dragons, Murlocs etc..) you will have a chance to get a reward in the end. Only creatures you killed will drop something. Loot table is completely up to you and your party. If you only kill one thing, you will only have 1 loot table.The New System: What you kill does not matter, you get loot depending of what has spawn in the island. Loot table is huge and this makes even harder to drop rare things ( like mounts). Blizzard comment on this new system was literally: "Just rush islands and hope you get something lmao" ( See the reward comment )The Good system (both together): You have a chance to receive loot from everything that has spawn in the island, you can increase the chances of a certain loot table by killing rares of that type ( Killing Pirates to get Parrot).The Best solution possible: Have all mounts be purchasable. ( You still can drop it) Price it 1k each, people will be more encouraged to play if you know you are doing something that is worth your time.
