7.2 PTR patch notes has some weird nerf documented in them

The amount of comfort provided by the Bloodtotem Saddle Blanket has been reduced by 20%. Currently, nobody even knows what Bloodtotem Saddle Blanket do...i read somewhere that it was confirmed the weird buff actually calls a back function with the value 50. can someone confirm it is now calling it with 20% less value (value of 40) on the ptr?? Edit: CONFIRMED by Vahdis, it does use a value of 40 on the ptr!!! i think this is blizzard's way of hinting us to search more deeply what this item do.. ;)
