Do the majority of players hate legendaries/WF/TF or is it just the top %?

As someone who just raids normal/heroic and doesn't care about being the absolute best, I think the legendaries and WF/TF are really fun. It's super satisfying getting one, and sure, it might be useless or not your BiS.. but what's new? Since vanilla people have been min maxing gear/talents/stat priority. It might be more noticeable now for the top 1% doing mythic raids, but is that who the game should be balanced around?Just some thoughts... Trying to look at both sides. I personally wouldn't want to see them go away, because it gives incentive for higher geared people to do content that might be under their IL.
