Hey Blizzard, can we get the Chinese "undead" model as an option?

I'm not sure if this is a widely known thing, but in China the undead are censored so that the exposed bones are hidden.... and it kinda looks great..... Could this be an option for the rest of us? It would be nice to hide the bones some times.
