Is anyone’s iLVL randomly changing?

My mage went from 934 to 932 and is now switching between 929 and 932. My DH is also switching between 926 and 924. I’m not changing any of my gear, it just randomly happens. I put in a ticket and support was nice but they couldn’t find anything wrong. Was just wondering if anyone has been having the same issue.
