Personal Opinion: WoD´s Ashran was a better/more fun Version of Warfronts.

I dont know if you can compare those two, because Warfronts are PvE and Ashran was PvP but still it feels/felt kinda simmilar to play, just Ashran felt more exciting in my opinion, even if some people said Ashran was trash.​​
