Neutral Mobs in shrine still proc bursting, the ones near the casters in beginning and the one near the casters/1st boss encounter. WHY IN THE HELL IS THIS A THING? THE TENTACLES IN BOTH THE "AMBUSH" ROOM AND THE SHRINE LIKE AREA ACROSS THE BRIDGE DOESEN'T PROC BURSTING!Sincerely,A concerned tank.
