All it took was a major lawsuit and Blizzard’s image being dragged through the mud for them to implement quality of life changes that players have asked for all expansion.

And I have a few friends still playing that are praising Blizzard for these changes. Changes that never should have needed to be added. Blizzard gets so much feedback from the Betas and completely ignores it and only when the game is in a desperate spot do they actually listen to their players. I don’t understand why Blizzard has got away with this for so long.
