Why is always ‘with hindsight’ with this blizzard dev team?

Looks like a decent round of changes coming with 9.1.5 but many of the most exciting changes are QoL changes borne of removing unnecessary grinds and restrictions that blizzard deliberately introduced.What continues to amaze me is that time and time again, the devs try to force bullshit into the game, feedback as early as beta shows clearly that the players hate it yet blizzard waits till subs are plummeting to actually do anything about it.Is it that they lack the agility to adjust these things quickly enough or is it just sheer arrogance - that they think the player feedback is wrong and that players will eventually learn that blizzard were right all along?Either way, some good changes incoming. I hope blizzard continues to listen to player feedback.
