Did your raiding / mythic plus community break during Shadowlands? Do you think the recent changes are enough to bring them back?

I honestly do not think my crew will come back. Spoke to them and they are so tired of it all they have completely given up on the game. At this point idk what will bring them back. Maybe a free sub for a month for returning players. Idk. Its odd because I have not been in this position in so long. The community ive know is fractured across many games and Idk where to start in finding a new one.
