What absolute cretin thought domination sockets were a good idea?

I'm sorry, but what designer thought these were a good idea? Me and my guild have raided every single week since this raid release and I have still not got my 3 set. Let alone 5 gems, the DPS output these gems give is absolutely outrageous (Take a look at this sim-)That's a 14% DPS increase based on pure luck. (That's only the 3 set, even more with 5 Gems)This makes DPS in the raid a complete luck fest. 2 of our Guild have all the sockets and are literally 3/4k DPS above the rest in the raid with their 2nd highest damage from blood link (A completely passive ability given from the blood set, that requires no effort to even use) Take a look at how we sim - (Notice i have higher I level but this means nothing anymore)Freind with 3 Set, Me without 3 Set (Note this is highest simm-ing possible for our specs talents/conduits etc)- Here's without the Gems -We are literally on the last boss of the raid HC and I've had 1 socket drop, Honestly it's frustrated me to the point of not enjoying raiding at all. This has been the most bullshit RNG raid tier ever, Why is there no vendor to spend one of our 50000 currencies on domination gear? Why is it 2 layers of RNG to get the fucking Gem, then the socket? Why is the DPS increase 15% or more making it impossible to keep up without them? Thank fuck they dont work in dugneons... ohh wait...TLDR- Domination sockets being complete RNG, and 15% Power increase is fucking stupid and absolutely dreadful game design.EDIT- Shoutout to the people insulting me and my Guild in-game, Very mature. This was not a post to say "Affliction cant beat sub /cry"This was not a post to say "Omg I deserve the gems"I was simply showing how OP these gems are, and if you get bad RNG, you'll never keep up with the people who have them, If you DONT think that's an issue that's fine, I personally prefer a more even playing field but apparently, I'm " just some retard who cant clear Heroic"
